A Sneak Peek of what's coming....

Hey Friends!
Well, I have some fun things for you today!
This is only half of my Shirt Collection for Forever21 ...
To my surprise Teen Vogue & Refinery29 Posted a few images of the Tee's
so i thought i would post them for you too. ;)
I'm so excited for you to see all the shirts,
and excited for them to be in the stores.
But you know what is by far my favorite thing about this collaboration?
I get to share it with my friends!
Looking at the shirts on Teen Vogue today it hit me,
I was like "oh my gosh that's Geri Hirsch, Louise Ebel, & Carolina Engman all on Forever21 shirts!"
Haha its so awesome!
I think the friendships i've made blogging are the best rewards ever!
Oh, and there are a few more friends on the other shirts...

Tried some different mixed media stuff on this one ;)

My Lee Alexander McQueen Tribute is on the Cover of The Sunday Times London!

So my Friends...
I'm pleased to announce the most amazing thing ever...
My Tribute painting of Lee Alexander Mcqueen is on the cover of The Sunday Times Magazine -London!
Seriously, my mind has been blown for the last 2 weeks when I found out that my tribute painting was going to be on the cover...
I mean, I think this is the most humbling honor ever.
McQueen has been by far my favorite designer since I first started studying Fashion Design.
He was the source of inspiration for countless paintings and Art pieces.
Never in my wildest imagination, when I first discovered McQueen,
could I ever have dreamt that my little tribute to him would end up on the cover
of the The Sunday Times in his home town.
I seriously don't know what to say....
I'm so glad to be able to share it with yawl.

SO....
I Finally had the 1 millionth Visitor today!

2 years ago when i started this blog,
i honestly didn't think anyone would ever read this blog....

Frida Gustavsson Plane Sketch Part 2

Well, hello my friends, how was your weekend?
Mine was so nice!
Just finished watching "It's a Wonderful Life"....
Oh, my, that movie is so good!
I have to say Frank Capra is my All Time Favorite Movie Director.
Such incredible stories and story telling.

So the Image today is Plane Drawing #2 from My Flight to New York last week.
It was my first day drawing model Frida Gustavsson.
It was the day I fell in love with drawing her too! :)
She is adorable :)
I can't wait to do a more polished Painting of her.
I hope you like this sketch.

Also I spent this weekend helping my friend Alice, revamp her site.
Alice is the one who is helping me design a little clothing collection...
She has a wonderful blog (which I've posted some images from for inspiration friday)
but we revamped the site and her blog really didn't have a name,
so we came up with the name for it "Clouds & Candy".
Cause if you look through her site, it will remind you of Clouds & Candy. Haha

Hide & Seek - Stop Motion

hahahhahahahahahahaha
Well Alice Came over yesterday,
so we decided to have some stop motion fun... haha
We made 2 little shorts.
The First one was a little Gumby Stop Motion Movie.
and then the second was this Hide & Go Seek Short!
haha i know it's random, but it was fun to make.
Alice Styled the video,
and we climbed up on the hill behind my house.
Then we just went for it. hahah
so ridiculous!

Frida Gustavsson Makes Flights More Enjoyable

Well Hello Friends!
I'm back from my 18 hours in NY!
Prom was amazing!
Thank you Sophie for going with me,
and thank you Claudine for having me come out to it!
It was a blast! :)
I posted a couple pictures of it on my image diary

Well, on the flight i drew for the first time a model that my friend Alice showed me.
Her name is Frida Gustavsson!
I have to say, she is currently my Biggest Model infatuation right now!
I love Drawing her, she is amazing.
So elegant & sweet.
I ended drawing like 6 or 7 pictures of her on the flight. This is one of pictures i did.
i was on a roll. hahaha
Well, i hope you're all doing amazing. :)


P.S. I posted this video of this 6th grade kid covering Lady Gaga Song on "Inside my Brain".

I'm really excited for it!
It's a "Fashion Prom" by Joonbug.com & Fashionindie.com.
So, I'm flying out to NYC Saturday morning, and fly back here Sunday for Mother's Day!
haha So, I'm going to be pretty tired, but it's going to be amazing and worth it.

Enchanting the Queen

Hey Friends!
Wow i'm painfully tired!
Sorry for the delay in posting!
Last night my brother & I had the pleasure of going to Charlotte Ronson JC Penney Collaboration party, and got to see Foreigner Play!
I was blown away how good Foreigner sounded!
It was really fun night, but i'm extremly tired today cause of it!
hahahah "C'est la vie"!

Well the Picture to day is a concept sketch i did of a story i've been planning to write now for the last 3 years.
The title of the story is "Enchanting the Queen".
I'm Hoping to start outlining this weekend, a bunch of short stories & different books i want to write.
i will keep you posted...

The Girl & Her Fox

Hey friends, how are you!?
SO... tonight my Dad got inducted into the Orange County Wrestling Hall of Fame for coaching!
It was amazing!

Well, the drawing today is a random little sketch i did
the other day called "The Girl & Her Fox"!
It was more of a brain storming sketch.
